  • The delivery of public infrastructure through the PPP scheme has been increasing in recent years. However, the problem regarding lack of funding was discovered when the project used the PPP scheme. Due to this limited funding capacity from both private and public sectors, alternative funding sources are critical to financing more infrastructure projects in the future. With the potential to reach IDR 180 trillion/year, cash waqf is seen as an innovative funding scheme for PPP projects in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to develop cash waqf as the funding source for the PPP scheme. An in-d

  • The principle of monopulse interferometer direction finding systems DF methods relies on locating the source of emission with a single received pulse. They measure the angle of arrival (AOA) of the intercepted signals using phase detectors (PD). PD measures the phase difference due to antenna spacing. In digital phase detectors, dead and blind zones caused by gate propagation delay are the most challenging factors. They cause sectors of error in phase differences measurements. In this paper, a digital phase detector using two XOR gates forming two channels has been presented. The dead and blin
