Experimental Study and Numerical Analysis on Flexural Behavior of RC Beams Strengthened with RPC Reinforcement Mesh

  • To explore the effect of adding bamboo fiber and steel wire mesh to BFRP bar-reinforced concrete beams on their flexural performance, we designed and fabricated six test beams with different parameters. Through flexural tests and numerical simulations, the effects of bamboo fiber length and steel wire mesh layout on the crack resistance, deformation capacity, and flexural ultimate bearing capacity of BFRP bar concrete beams were assessed.
